COVID-19 Announcement

Key things to know:

  • We are OPEN. Our team is working from home and remains available for all support and sales questions.
  • Our fulfillment team is working on a limited schedule to maximize social distancing, so we are only shipping orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Update: December 4, 2020

Our fulfillment center continues to operate on a reduced schedule to protect our employees and prevent the spread of illness. As we enter the holiday season, we are also seeing delays from our shipping providers from an overall increase in online shopping and holiday packages. You may notice longer than normal shipping delays during this time.

Update: March 23, 2020

To comply with shelter in place orders from our local governments, we will be operating our shipping and fulfillment center with a limited staff on a reduced schedule for the next several weeks. Orders placed during this time will be shipping on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so you may see a delay in shipping times. We appreciate your patience as we balance remaining available for our customers with the health and safety of our employees.

A Letter from our CEO

This is a challenging time for all of us, and we know you are concerned about your business, as well as your employees, family, and friends. We at Linxup want you to know that while we are taking all recommended precautions for the health of our employees, we remain open for our normal business hours and ready to assist you.

Your teams might be working overtime to deliver goods, provide service, or otherwise assist your customers. Your job sites might currently be shut down, with vehicles and equipment sitting idle. Either way, GPS technology helps you keep things moving and provides oversight for the things that aren’t.

To protect our employees, their families, and our community, our staff is currently working from home or on modified, smaller shifts. We have also suspended all business travel. Canceled schools and activities will make home environments a little more chaotic than the office, but everyone is figuring out how to make it work.

Our teams have tested and trained to be able to provide the same level of service you expect and deserve. Your support rep might occasionally be interrupted by kids asking for snacks, but we remain committed to being available to you for support, technical assistance, additional trackers, and anything else that supports you and your business.

As this crisis evolves, we will adapt our policies if needed to continue to put our people, our community, and our customers first. You will be notified immediately if any changes affect your GPS service. Until then, stay safe, stay healthy, and let us know how we can support you.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
