Is Linxup AI replacing the reports I already use? No. Linxup AI works alongside your existing reports to get you information faster. It also can be used to identify report gaps that you can apply to your reporting dashboard.

Is the data real-time? Data is updated daily. Use the Linxup map for live GPS data and dash cam footage.

How accurate are the responses? Linxup AI pulls directly from your fleet's own data. For high-stakes decisions, it's always good practice to cross-check any tool against your source data. Use it to move fast and spot what matters, then confirm before you act on anything significant.

Can other Linxup customers access my fleet data? No. The AI only has access to a specific user’s account. Nothing crosses between customers.

Does Linxup use my fleet data to train its AI? We take data privacy very seriously. Your fleet data is used only to answer your questions.
