Debbie Bain Named Recipient of 2026 Women in Supply Chain Forum™ Award

Press Release

Released on

Aug 17, 2026

This award, presented by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive, honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship, and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network

ST. LOUIS — Aug. 17, 2026 — Debbie Bain, senior vice president of customer experience at Linxup, was named a recipient of this year’s Women in Supply Chain Forum™ Award, Trailblazer category. This award, which honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network, is presented by Food Logistics, the only publication exclusively dedicated to covering the movement of product through the global cold food supply chain, and Supply & Demand Chain Executive, the only publication covering the entire global supply chain.

Bain brings nearly two decades of experience across fleet management, transportation, and SaaS, with deep expertise in aligning technology, process, and customer-centric strategy. At Linxup, she oversees the end-to-end customer experience across onboarding, adoption, support, retention, and advocacy. She is also a committed advocate for women in logistics, having mentored more than a dozen women throughout her career, several of whom have gone on to leadership roles.

“I’ve learned throughout my career that sometimes the most important question you can ask is, ‘Why do we do it this way?’ If something doesn’t make sense, you shouldn’t be afraid to question it, especially when you’re doing it from the customer’s perspective,” says Bain. “I’m proud to be recognized as a Trailblazer alongside so many women who are challenging assumptions, creating change and making our industry better.”

At Linxup, Bain has spent the past year focused on reducing churn, modernizing customer data with AI, and building a more customer-centered organization. Her work aligning marketing, customer success, revenue operations, and product around a unified lifecycle strategy helped increase SLA to more than 90%, alongside improvements in retention and customer lifetime value. She also led the adoption of AI-driven usage data analysis, account scoring, and churn-risk analysis, increasing customer contact calls by 30% year-over-year and driving 10% or greater increases in customer stickiness for certain features.

“This award isn’t just a way to honor females in supply chain. It’s a representation of progress, it’s a symbol of growth, and it’s a way to celebrate achievements of all women in the supply chain who continue to pave the way for the next generation,” says Marina Mayer, editor-in-chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive and co-founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum™. “Of the 300-plus submissions received, 70 of them were self-submissions, the highest number of self-nominated applications ever in the history of this award. And, 44 of the submissions received were from male counterparts, also the highest number of male-submitted applications to date. This year’s list of winners entails females making a difference in the supply chain, and I’m honored to share their journeys.”
