2022 introduced WorkWave's Beyond Service User Conference, bringing together Real Green, Coalmarch, PestPac, ServMan, and Slingshot customers. This year's theme focused on working together as a cohesive team, and included sports-themed awards and events. Awards included:

One of the biggest highlights of the conference was a presentation by Joe Theisman—world champion quarterback, entrepreneur, and author—who discussed the importance of kindness even while working towards lofty goals. Theisman encouraged enthusiasm and passion as crucial to all businesses, and emphasized that both teamwork and a personal customer service touch could make a business stand apart from the competition.
